Purchase & Activation

Only electronic gift cards (eGift Cards) are available.

Cards must be activated and paid for to have value.
How to Use

If the purchase exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid.

If the purchase is less, the remaining balance stays on the card (no cash change given).
Expiry Date

Expires 1 year from the date of issue.

Remaining balance cannot be used after expiry.

Cards cannot be reactivated.
Restrictions

Cannot be:

Reloaded

Used for cash or cash advances

Used to buy other gift cards

Resold or modified without written consent

Used for Click & Collect orders

Items bought with a gift card can be refunded to a new gift card or exchanged.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Treat as cash – lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.

Rip Curl is not liable for any loss or damage except as required by law.

If liability arises, your sole remedy is replacement of the card.
